TCS Pakistan Big Big blunder

National Testing Service (NTS) Pakistan has launched many product in the education sector. A larg number of candidates participate the tests conducted by the NTS. NTS delivers roll no. slips result cards through TCS a leading courier. From the last one or two years, as number of participants of NTS products has rapidly increased, services of TCS probably of low standard. Because NTS give the opportunity to the candidate to download Roll No. slips and result details from the web, and web printed Roll No. slips / result details are accepted by the NTS test centre's administration and educational institutions, TCS worker does not feel responsibility to deliver these in time. Especially candidates from countryside are facing problem , even some time result cards does not delivers, May be these are thrown to the recycle bin. Now NTS gives the TCS tracking No. to track the shipment. Recently a candidate of NAT from faisalabad who ,fortunately, has received his roll no. slip in time, after 2 week from dispatch of result card , tracked his Result card shipment, he came to know that his result card has been delivered in some other country on 6 September by the Embassy of Pakistan. Really candidate is residing in rural area of Faisalabad and he has taken his NAT in faisalabad.
