QUALIFICATION:      

      i.    Bachelor’s degree (second division) in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission; OR

      ii.   LLB (second division) from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission; OR

      iii.  Bachelor’s degree (second division) with Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics, (as an elective subject) from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission and having knowledge of computer.

1.         QUALIFICATION:              Graduate (at least 2nd Division) from a recognized University.

2.         PAY:   BS-16

3.         AGE:  18 to 25 + 5 Years = 30 Years for Male Candidates and 18 to 25 + 8 Years = 33 Years for Female Candidates across the board. General relaxation in upper age limit as per Government of the Punjab S&GAD circular letter No. SOR (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 21-05-2012 on 14-10-2016.

4.         DOMICILE:              Candidates domiciled in any District of the Province of Punjab.

5.         GENDER:     Male, Female and Shemale.

6.         PLACE OF POSTING:       Lahore & Muzaffargarh.

7.         SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN TEST  IF HELD:

In case large number of applications are received, candidates will be required to undergo Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) Written Test of 100 Marks of 90 Minutes Duration. Syllabus is as under:-

“General ability which includes Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, General Knowledge, Everyday Science, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Islamiat and Basic Computer Studies.”

NOTICE

Punjab Public Service Commission announces that following 01 candidate for recruitment to SEVEN (07) POSTS OF STENOGRAPHER (BS-14) INCLUDING 01 POST OF WOMEN QUOTA IN THE BOARD OF REVENUE, PUNJAB, DISTRICT RAJANPUR, 2015, has been provisionally cleared for interview as a result of typewriting test held 21-09-2015. Only this candidate will be interviewed if he is found eligible at the time of interview as per duly notified conditions of Advertisement & Service Rules. It will be obligatory for the candidate to bring all original documents and CNIC at the time of interview. Call up letter for interview will be uploaded on the website of the PPSC. Candidate will also be informed through SMS and email. Candidate is directed to bring two sets of photocopies of his documents at the time of interview.
