GP Fund Deduction increased

The monthly deduction of General Provident Fund (GPF) of government employees has been increased from three to eight percent of which the net income of the government servants would be reduced.

Lailatul Qadr' (Arabic: لیلة القدر‎) (also known as Shab-e-Qadr), the Night of Destiny, Night of Power, Night of Value, the Night of Decree or Night of Measures, is the anniversary of two very important dates in Islam that occurred in the month of Ramadan. It is the anniversary of the night Muslims believe the first verses of the Qur'an were revealed to the Islamic prophet Muhammad.

Lailatul Qadr' is the night that the Qur'an was revealed. Muslims believe that revelation of the Qur'an occurred in two phases, with the first phase being the revelation in its entirety on Lailatul Qadr' to Gabriel in the lowest heaven, and then the subsequent verse-by-verse revelation to Prophet Muhammad by the angel Gabriel (Jibril in Arabic). The revelation started in 610 CE at the Hira cave on Mount Nur in Mecca.The first Surah that was revealed was Surah Al-Alaq. Iqra means read the prophet was told to read by the angel Gabriel. Muslims should do as much worship they can on this night.

Muslims often pray extra prayers on this day, particularly the night prayer. They awake, pray, and hope God will give them anything they may desire on this night. Mostly, they perform tilawat (reading the Qur'an).

Those who can afford to devote their time in the remembrance of God stay in the mosque for the final ten days of Ramadan. This worship is called Iʿtikāf (retreat). They observe fast during the day and occupy themselves with the remembrance of God, performing voluntary prayers and studying the Qur'an, day and night, apart from the obligatory prayers which they perform with the congregation. Food and other necessities of life are provided for them during their stay in the mosque. Devoting time to remember God, Muslims also hope to receive divine favors and blessings connected with the blessed night(lailatul qadr')

August Salary Before Eid

All Government Servants of Pakistan will be paid their August 2011 salary before Eid i.e on 26th of August 2011. Yesterday many of Government Servants of Federal Govt. of Pakistan , Punjab, Sindh ,Baluchastan , KPK (NWFP) received their August Pay throuh respective Branches of Commercial Banks. On 26th August Federal and all provincial Government issued the notification in this regard.
Keep in the mind that Pakistan Govt. has already announced 31 August to 3 September , four holidays on Eid ul Fitar. Sunday on 4 September is also joining these holidays making them 5.

Federal Government of Pakistan Declares 4 holidays from 31 August 2011 to 3 September 2011. on the eve of Eid ul Fitar.
Meanwhile Federal Government decided to pay salary of August to Govt Servants on 26th August 2011.

NTD Date Extended to 25 September

National Testing Service Pakistan once again extend the National Teachers Database Program Test date from 11 September to 25 September 2011. Provisional Candidate List which have to be published on 19 September , now will be published Friday 9 September 2011. Extension in test date is only because of STEVTA.

SMS about Rs.5000 Eid bonas to Government servant is just fake. Sms carries even notification No. just a joke with peoples. Govt of Pakistan or Punjab ,Sindh , KPk did not take any decision to grant Special Eid Salary or Pay as bonas. This news is just joke and absolutely fake.

NTD(National Teachers Database) and Punjaab Government===>Fact

National Teacher Database by NTS

A sms on mobile networks has been published rapidly this week to apply for the NTD (National Teacher Database) but there is no news that Government of Punjab would have taken any decision to recruit new teachers through NTD. At NTS NTD page, there is a list of institutions and organizations which have affiliation with this program.

Hafiz Abdul Nasir, an office bearer of a teacher union told that Secretary Education Punjab has clarified him that no decision has been taken. All are rumors.

Punjab Education Department's name is not included in this list.Here is list

If you open this very web www.bisefsd.edu.pk , it opens a input field to enter Roll No. of some to view the Matric 2011 result. When you enter the desired roll no. and hit enter or click get result button, result of some BISE Rawalpindi is shown. Still on second it is hacked.
