Homeopathy can help combat Dengue!

Nine years ago, when I was president of IHB (Instituto Hahnemanniano do Brasil), some homeopathic colleagues and I were summoned to the Municipal Department of Health of Rio de Janeiro by a doctor who worked in the homeopathy department of the Department of Health. She asked us to create a formula or to suggest a medicine that could help in the treatment of dengue fever. I then created a homeopathic formula which is being used by both myself and other homeopaths for dengue treatment and prevention.

The formula is as follows:

RHUS TOX./ EUPATORIUM PERF./ CHINA OFF./ LEDUM PALUSTRE/ GELSEMIUM/ 5CH/ aã.

Just take this formula to a homeopathic pharmacy and they will know what to do. The formula can be made in globules (sacarose), tablets (lactose), or drops (alcohol at 30%) at ANY HOMEOPATHIC PHARMACY. Include next to the components of the above formula your choice of:

• globules 12g, or
• tablets 12g, or
• drops 15ml.

This formula should be used for DENGUE PREVENTION in the following manner:

Take 3 globules or tablets or drops ONCE A DAY while the epidemic season lasts. This formula can be taken by adults as well as children of any age, except that children should not use the alcohol-based drops. The globules or tablets should be slowly dissolved in the mouth.

For babies, the mother can dissolve 2 globules in a teaspoon of water to facilitate administration of the medicine. If the baby is UNDER 3 months old and is being breast-fed, the mother can take 6 globules before nursing, since the effect will pass to the child through the mother’s milk.

Pregnant women can and SHOULD use this formula.

THIS FORMULA CAN BE GIVEN TO BABIES OF ANY AGE THAT ARE NOT BEING BREAST-FED.

IT SHOULD BE USED FOR THE TREATMENT OF DENGUE or even a suspected case of dengue, as follows: Take 3 globules (or tablets or drops) every two hours and then, as the symptoms improve, BEGIN SPREADING OUT THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE MEDICINE TO ONCE EVERY THREE HOURS AND THEN ONCE EVERY FOUR HOURS, etc., UNTIL COMPLETE REMISSION OF THE SYMPTOMS.

In the innumerable cases that I have treated, the disease evolves mildly and resolves itself without getting worse or leaving sequelae, (secondary consequences).

So far, with those patients who have used this formula as prevention, there have not been any cases of infection, at least not reported to me.

I distribute this formula every year to all the personnel at IHB during the periods of epidemics and since I began doing so, not one of the approximately 22 employees has contracted the disease, not even those who live in areas where it is endemic.

In cases of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) or even suspicion of DHF (that is, platelets below 150,000), particularly in the case of children, ADD THE FOLLOWING two medicines to the above treatment:

PHOSPHORUS, 12 CH, 4 globules or tablets or drops taken in the morning; and

CROTALUS, 12 CH, 4 globules or tablets or drops taken in the evening, until the platelets return to normal (150,000). DON’T STOP TAKING THE OTHER FORMULA. ACT QUICKLY.

In the cases I have treated, the platelet count RISES surprisingly quickly.

The alcohol at 30% is indicated for patients who can’t use sugar (diabetics). Take it with a little water. It’s obvious that for children, the tablets are better. Use the globules for anyone who is lactose intolerant or allergic to milk.

You can use externally a cream made of Ledum palustre as a repellent. This works quite effectively without causing allergies. This is only to be used if you absolutely CAN’T use repellent.

ANY HOMEOPATHIC PHARMACY can prepare these medicines.

It’s a good idea to take vitamin B complex. The American soldiers in Vietnam used this as it leaves a smell on the skin that chases away mosquitoes. Also vitamin C is good, as it strengthens the immune system and collagen.

There’s a formula for children called Teragran Jr. that has both vitamins.

Like everyone, deeply emotionally affected and shocked by what has been happening lately, especially in relation to children and pregnant women, I decided to publish my humble experience with dengue fever prevention and treatment.

I ASK FOR CALM IN THIS CRISIS THAT WE ARE GOING THROUGH, AND CONFIDENCE. NEVER DESPAIR, BUT ACT QUICKLY, SEEKING MEDICAL HELP TO TAKE THE BLOOD TEST, and for rehydration. REHYDRATION IS VERY IMPORTANT, EVEN WITH HOMEMADE ORAL REHYDRATION SOLUTION, AS IS REST.

Of course homeopathy does not DO AWAY WITH or INTERFERE with the obligatory medical care in these cases, nor should we neglect to eradicate the vector (the Aedes aegypti mosquito) by eliminating its breeding sites.

ہرعلم وفن کی تدوین اور اس کے ارتقاء بتدریج پایہ کمال کو پہونچتا ہے ،فقہ اسلامی پر بھی تدوین کے کئی مراحل گذرچکے ہیں۔

فقہ اسلامی کا پہلا دوراور اس کی خصوصیات

آپﷺ کی رسالت ونبوت سنہ۶۱۰ء سے شروع ہوتی ہے اور وفات سنہ۱۰ھ مطابق سنہ۶۳۲ء میں ہوئی ،اس دور میں فقہ اسلامی کا سرچشمہ قرآن تھا، آپﷺ کے ارشادات اور آپﷺکی مکی ومدنی زندگی کے حالات وواقعات قرآن کریم کی تشریح کی حیثیت رکھتے تھے،الغرض دورِنبوت میں فقہ اسلامی کا تمام ترمدار وحی پر تھا، چاہے وحی متلو قرآن کریم ہو یاغیرمتلو احادیث مبارکہ۔

آپﷺ کے دور میں موجودہ زمانہ کی طرح فقہ اسلامی مدون نہیں ہوا تھا، جس طرح بعد میں فقہاء کرام نے ہرمسئلہ کی تحقیق وتفتیش کرکے اس کے ارکان وشرائط اور آداب وسنن کی وضاحت کردی ،یہ تحدید زمانۂ نبوت میں نہیں ملتی ہے، آپﷺ سے جو عمل جس طور پر صادر ہوتا، صحابہ کرام بعینہ بغیر کمی وبیشی کے اپنالیتے، مثال کے طور پر آپﷺ کو جس طرح وضو کرتے اور نماز پڑھتے دیکھا صحابہ نے اسے اپنالیا،انہوں نے اس بات کی تحقیق وجستجو نہیں کی کہ وضو میں کتنے ارکان اور کیا کیا ہیں؟ نماز میں کون فرض ہے؟ کون واجب اور کون سنت ہے؟۔

آپﷺ نے اپنے دورمیں قرآن کریم کے علاوہ دیگر چیزو ں کو لکھنے سے منع فرمادیا تھا (حجۃ اللہ البالغہ:۱/۱۴۰) حتی کہ احادیثِ مبارکہ کو تحریر کرنے سے بھی روک دیا تھا؛ تاکہ قرآن کریم کا غیرقرآن سے اختلاط نہ ہوجائے اور سابقہ امتوں کی طرح آسمانی کتابوں کا صلحاء اور علماء کے اقوال سے اختلاط ہوکر ان کی روحانیت اور اعجازی شان فنا نہ ہوجائے اور نہ محرف ہوجائے؛ چونکہ دورِ نبوت میں کاغذات اور پریس وغیرہ کی موجودہ سہولت نہ تھی ؛بلکہ ہڈیوں چمڑوں اور پتوں کو تحریر کے کام میں لاتے تھے ،اس لیے قوی اندیشہ تھا کہ قرآن غیرقرآن سے خلط ملط ہوکر ضائع نہ ہوجائے؛ اگرچہ انفرادی طور پر جمع قرآن کے علاوہ جمع حدیث کے تعلق سے بھی کام ہوا۔

آپ کی ممانعت کی وجہ سے حدیث وفقہ کی باضابطہ تدوین کا آغاز آپﷺ کے دور میں نہ ہوسکا۔

فقہ اسلامی کا دوسرا دور اور اس کی خصوصیات

یہ خلفاءِراشدین اور کبارِ صحابہ کرامؓ کا دور ہے ،نبی کریمﷺ کی وفات کے بعد سنہ ۱۱ھ سے خلفاء راشدین اور دیگر کبار صحابہ کا دور شروع ہوتا ہے اور یہ دور سنہ۴۰ھ میں اختتام کو پہونچتا ہے، آپﷺ کی وفات کے بعد فتوحات اسلامی کا لامتناہی سلسلہ شروع ہوا، بالخصوص حضرت عمرؓ کے دور خلافت میں توہرروز کوئی نہ کوئی علاقہ مملکتِ اسلامیہ میں داخل ہو، صحابہ کرام "بلغوا عنی ولو آیہ" (ابوداؤد:۲/۵۱۳) کے تحت اسلام کا پیغام پہونچانے کے لیے چہاردانگِ عالم میں پھیل گئے جس کی وجہ سے مسلمانوں کا دوسری اقوام سے اختلاط بڑھتا گیا، بعض عجمی اقوام دامن اسلام میں آئیں اور نئے نئے مسائل وواقعات درپیش ہونے لگے ،صحابہ کرامؓ کو ان حوادث اورواقعات کا حکم شرعی معلوم کرنے اور جاننے کی فکر لاحق ہوئی؛ چنانچہ خلفاءراشدین اور کبارِ صحابہ جو فتویٰ دینے کی اہلیت رکھتے تھے ،قرآن وحدیث کی طرف رجوع ہوئے اور قرآن وحدیث کے قواعد وجزئیات کو سامنے رکھ کراحکام شرعی بیان کرنا شروع کیا، جو حکم قرآن وحدیث میں مذکور نہ ہوتا تو آپس میں مشورہ کرتے اور اجتہاد واستنباط سے کام لیتے، اس شورائی اور اجتماعی اجتہاد کے ذریعہ بہت سے مسائل حل ہوئے۔

nce our website gets live, we implement Google Analytics or any other traffic tracking software on our website with the intention that we will start seeing 100’s of visitors to our website from day one. Squidoo gives us the facility to create pages popularity known as lenses around topics of our interest. I have seen lots of people are able to get 100 plus visits on their single lens only every day because Squidoo is top authority website and chances of our content getting higher rankings are quite good if they are published on Squidoo as compared to our own websites. I have even noticed some people are able to make their living from Squidoo lenses only. People use Squidoo lenses to publish their knowledge and interest around a particular topic. So lots of people use Squidoo for creating topical pages. Apart from this lot of guys from seo and blogging communities use Squidoo to build traffic, backlinks and branding for their websites. Squidoo has a huge database of visitors, so lots of people will use Squidoo categories and search options to find desired information. Apart from this, Squidoo lenses rank really high on search engines. So you can expect good amount of high quality traffic coming to your website from Squidoo. For one of my blog, I got 21000 plus visits so far from Wikimedia.org website where I have added a link to one of my blog post in Wikipedia article’s External Links Section. 12. Facebook Fan Page
Start a Fan Page around your brand and start promoting it. Look for ways to increase your Facebook Fan Base. We don’t need to discuss the popularity and the kind of user base Facebook has. Lots of businesses are able to survive using Facebook marketing only. Having a fan page with thousands of fans will not only help you get lots of direct traffic to your website from your fan page but also helps you improve your website search engine ranking and brand awareness. 13. Twitter Profile
Create a strong presence on Twitter and start sharing interesting articles from your website on Twitter. You should write engaging and knowledgeable tweets on Twitter. If people find your tweets interesting, they will click on your website links. You should include some related tags towards the end of your tweet using hash tag. 14. Use Classified Websites
If you are a website focused around certain services or products, you should use classified websites. You will get highly relevant traffic when you do classified submissions as most of users visit classified websites to get solutions for their problems. So if they like your product or services, they will surely go for it. So classified websites will help you with more traffic, sales and branding of your website.
15. Directory Submissions
You should submit your website into high PR web directories. Apart from high PR directories, I would recommend submitting your website into web directories having Alexa in five figures and directories that are related to your website niche and demographics. Submission into web directories will give you some gradual traffic and keyword based links which will help you improve your website search engine rankings and thus help you in increasing traffic for your website.
16. Search Engine Submissions
If you have a brand new website, you should submit your website to some popular search engines. Submitting your website into those search engines will help your website faster indexing into their databases and chances of increasing more traffic to your website from most popular search engines.

If you are offering RSS Feeds facility to your website readers that they can use to subscribe to keep track of latest content coming on your website. I would suggest you submit your RSS feeds into RSS directories. There are hundreds of active RSS directories where you can submit your website RSS. 18. Use Your Website Links in Email Signature
It is advised to add a link for your website in all of your email signatures. Presence of your website links in signature sections will help people know in detail about you and your company. You should join and be active on groups that are focused around the topics you cover on your website. You will get lots of targeted groups on Google Groups, Yahoo Groups and Facebook Groups section.
20. Do Link Exchange
Link exchange is still effective if done properly. While doing link exchange, you should go for websites and blogs only are related to your website niche. So when you get seo optimized links from related websites and blogs, will help you drive lots of traffic to your website from Google, Yahoo and Bing.

From the last one or two years, as number of participants of NTS products has rapidly increased, services of TCS probably of low standard.
